CLAIMSE each claim of the buyer of the contract must be made in writing and can be delivered by mail, manual delivery, fax or e-mail as soon as possible after the discovery of the problem by the buyer and, in any case, no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods. The buyer must provide, upon request, a sample and information, insofar as the supplier can identify the goods and the date of manufacture. The supplier has the right to examine the goods concerned at any time within fourteen days of receipt of the complaint.
