Dear
Paradigm Imaging,
I'm
taking the time to send you this email to let you know our entire
experience with Paradigm Imaging Group has been excellent.
Now -
it's not like I have a lot of time, so this message is "extra
significant". I work an average of 60 to 70 hours a week, and I was
in the hospital from 6 AM to 11:15 PM yesterday with my father for
pre-operative surgery work (yes, a nearly 18 hour day).
Here's
a run down.
1.
Your company was extremely easy to find. A Quick web search for
"trade show banner" in Google resulted in your Ad at the top of the
search results.
2. The
review of your product, what it consisted of, price, and general
details was quick and concise due to your having the Google ad - pay
per click landing page place me right on the product best aligned with
my needs. I know your company has a wide array of product, I did not
have to fish around. My click on your ad put me on the banner I
needed. I qualified your company (review of likelihood you would meet
our requirements) and decided to purchase the product in 5 to 10
minutes total time.
3.
Coordinating with you (i.e. Shara) took place over the course of 3
hours and a handful of emails. It was quick, interactions were short
and confidence assuring.
4. Any
job specific details, such as sending artwork in the proper format,
and resolving the mistake with my entry of the wrong credit card
expiration date was taken care of in the most efficient manner
possible, under 5 minutes total time.
5.
The product was received before the anticipated due date (received
Monday when the drop dead date was Friday).
6. The
product is very high in quality. The large format print is a 10+ The
stand is high in quality and elegant in design.
7. The
cost of the product is right on. Not too high, nor too low. Even the
way it is just shy of $200 is perfect from a pricing perception
perspective.
